Aren't snapshots from cvsup sources ? 

I began to compile kde snapshots some weeks ago. I tried yesterday (26/5,
local time) for the first time cvsup server (I got kdelibs and kdebase) 
and found that some of the files are somewhat older than those of
snapshots I fetched the same day in the morning. 

Can I safely install the new binaries over the existing ones ?
