Using Ctrl-F[1-8] I can switch to one of the desktops, but that
doesn't mean that a certain window on that desktop is raised and gets
focus automatically. I want something that warps to a specific window
within a desktop, similar to choosing a window from the window list
(middle mouse button on the root window).

For example, hitting Ctrl-Alt-F3 should be the same as choosing the
"~ramses~" window from the window list.
