Only two cents: 
- please make a support for kparts of your k3d vrml stuff, 
  to get a nice component for Koffice or for an extension to
  khtml

  by the way: is khtml ready for beeing a container to kparts 
   - eg. inline vrml (k3d), image (kpaint), java (kjava?) ... ?
  would be nice

- there is a nice library for 3dfonts (True Type fonts) which
  will give you a fast point of attraction - used by now in xf3dfonts
