I'll fix this one myself, here is a small patch that stops khtmlw from
ignoring definition lists not started with <dl>, ie. it will ignore
the compact attribute (or any other junk for that matter) and format it
as a definition list. This also gives better conformance to the HTML 3.2
specification. It will pick out an attribute of compact but for the
moment it does nothing.
