How about a feature-request contact, rather like the bug contact?

This way people can still make requests, but the developers do not get
bogged down with 100 requests/day.

Does anybody know much about CGI?  If so, then perhaps they could help out
by making a feature-request form and requested-features list to go with
it?  Preferably placing new feature-requests at the top, split into
appropriate sections?  Then the developers can take a look at it every now
and again to get an idea of what people would like.
