My kdm/Xservers file says...
:0 local@tty1 /usr/X11R6/bin/X -nolisten tcp vt7
I don't belive you can specify a specific screen (i.e. :0.0 or :0.1)
in this file. In any case, I do want X to manage both screens, but I
don't want KDE to manage :0.1.
