Sorry, I set this to false, not true! However looking on the superkaramba 
website (http://netdragon.sourceforge.net/?page=General+Commands) it has this 
to say about "ontop":

ontop - If ontop=true, the karamba window will stay on top of other windows. 
default: ontop=false

So now I have to find out why this default isn't being adhered to. :( And why 
an explicit ontop=false is also being ignored. :( This is starting to sound 
like a bug in my distribution. *Sigh*
