Since Linux doesn't really use a printer: "driver" you are going to have to 
be more specific.  What Linux uses is a RIP (Raster Image Processor).  If 
you are using just GhostScript then the 'driver' would be a GhostScript 
device or a file for the IJS system.  Or, you could be using GimpPrint with 
GhostScript.  These would be for use with the LPRng or GNUlpr print spooler 
systems.  If you are using CUPS, you would need a CUPS driver for the CUPS 
  RIP or if using the Foo-Matic RIP with CUPS you would need a Foo-Matic 
PPD file.

The PPD parser failed to parse your PPD file.  Was it CUPS or KDE that 
generated these errors.  It was mentioned that there was a problem with 
this in KDE-3.2 BRANCH that has now been fixed.  Exactly what version of 
KDE are you using?

Another issue is that CUPS and Foo-Matic will not work with the stock PPD 
file.  They must have additional stuff in them.  The stock PPD only works 
with (currently dead) GNUlpr.

Since this PPD file -- which looks OK to me -- has the line in it for the 
CUPS driver, I am presuming that you have a CUPS driver that you obtained 
from Samsung.  So, I am going to guess that you are using CUPS and that it 
was CUPS that provided the above error messages about not liking the PPD 
file.  You need to determine that for sure.  But, if these are CUPS 
generated error messages, this is a CUPS issue and you would probably get 
more help on the CUPS list <cups@easysw.com>.
