One of the great things about communities like this is that the user is n=

far from the admins/developers/etc (in a communications sense), so you ca=
n=20
pitch ideas, ask questions and find out exactly whats happening.

Of course, it needs understanding users (people who accept the problem in=
stead=20
of bitching and whining).
