Arrgh!  KDE should be all about usability.  Your ideas would make a great 
research project - but that is not KDE.  If you are intrested in that, I 
think Acorn were playing with such things once...

Note that that I do not have anything against innovation - slavishly 
following Windows is not the path to enlightenment ;-) - but useability 
should always be the top prioritory...
