Point your konqueror to ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/2.2.2/SuSE/i386/7.0/

Here you find the following files:

kdeaddons-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm
kdeadmin-2.2.2-3.i386.rpm
kdeartwork-2.2.2-3.i386.rpm
kdebase-2.2.2-11.i386.rpm *
kdebase-devel-2.2.2-11.i386.rpm
kdebase-devel-doc-2.2.2-11.i386.rpm
kdebase-ksysguardd-2.2.2-11.i386.rpm *
kdebase-nsplugin-2.2.2-11.i386.rpm *
kdebindings-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm *
kdebindings-mozilla-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm *
kdegames-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdegraphics-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdegraphics-devel-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdelibs-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm *
kdelibs-artsd-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm *
kdelibs-devel-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm
kdelibs-devel-doc-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm
kdemultimedia-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm
kdemultimedia-devel-2.2.2-5.i386.rpm
kdenetwork-2.2.2-3.i386.rpm
kdenetwork-devel-2.2.2-3.i386.rpm
kdenetwork-lisa-2.2.2-3.i386.rpm
kdepim-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm
kdepim-kpilot-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm
kdesdk-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdesdk-devel-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdetoys-2.2.2-2.i386.rpm
kdeutils-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kdevelop-2.0.2-0.i386.rpm
kooka-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm
kscanlib-2.2.2-6.i386.rpm

Assuming you are not a KDE developer, you have to download the files with a *
as a minimum. These are the base packages. If you want to update other
programs, download the corresponding packages, for example kdenetwork for
KMail, KNode etc. or kdemultimedia for the media player.
Select the files you want to download with the mouse and drag'n'drop them to
any folder you want to.

Once you got your files, shut down KDE and go to a pure text console. Login
as root and go to the directory your downloaded files are in:
cd /path/to/where/your/files/are

Do a
rpm -Uvh *.rpm
and look at the progress bars while your KDE is updated. If you get
unresolved dependencies by rpm you should look on your Linux CDs if the
missing packages are there and, if not, search on
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/ and put them into the same folder as your
other files are in.

Hope this helps you a bit,
Roland
