I don't think I explained clearly. Sorry.

By wednesday cutoff I meant data, not preparation.

Commits coming in later than the agreed time go into the following week's 
issue. Preparation can happen anytime after that.

I really don't want to give the impression that we have to have things done by 
a certain time. I apologize if that is what came across.
