My usage "he" instead of "she" is probably due to cultural differences. In 
Brazil (where I live), when you are refering to a person whose gender is 
not known you must use the equivalent of "he", the equivalent of "she" is 
just plain wrong in that context. Anyway, "they" fits nicely. Again, I 
just changed that because it does not make sense here and I completely 
forgot it was "legal" in English.
