Hello!

We have triggered few problems with our publication system with the latest
issue. First is the one with section numbering. The proposed change is as
follows:
Firstly, we will number sections 15, 25, 35, ... This way, we will be leaving
enough space to add new sections in between. In other words, try to leave
spaces in numbering if at all possible. First available number for articles
will be 10, as 0* is reserved for other purposes (intro, stats and alike).

Other problem i see is formatting of xml files. Henrique, and possibly other
contributors: please break long lines. It makes it much easier (and much more
useful) to create diffs. I won't be reformatting already included sections,
but please, make your editor insert hard breaks instead of soft-wrapping. XML
and HTML ignore spaces anyway. Thanks.
