no, and if you note, all of the off-topic threads were noted as such as asked 
to move elsewhere. the exception was the question about apps.kde.com, but i 
answered that since it is promo-related.

the helpful answers that accompanied the "this isn't the right place for these 
questions" messages were out of understanding and kindness. they were not 
meant to encourage further noise.

we've done that to pretty much every off-topic post. i've replied in such 
manner twice to your posts already, in fact. timothy has also done so. how 
much clearer can we make it? =)

no. there are other lists already set up for this, as has already been noted 
extensively. once kc kde becomes active again, this list will be needed for 
that purpose.
