  As Aaron mentioned this isn't a very good list for that type of question. 
You really should join kde-linux@kde.org or kde@kde.org instead. However, the 
answer is something like this:

  I'd recommend finding a theme that matches in both environments. For 
example, it is VERY easy to get an Aqua theme for GNOME and then use Liquid 
under KDE. Another choice might be RedHat's Bluecurve theme which is also 
available for Mandrake under the name "Freecurve."
