Thanks for the help, I got it running now.

I found the problem after spotting this in db_seed.log:

cat db_seed.log

This pointed me to this bug:

As I didn't have any strange characters or spaces in the ssl_ca_org name or other \
fields and the installer doesn't throw an error anymore, it took some time to figure \
it out.

Either it went wrong because I put " " around the e-mail address or I had an extra \
space before the ssl value.

I think it would be a good idea to validate the input and throw an error before the \
configure process runs and fails.
