One possible reason is null returned by getContainer()
try {
            getContainer().run(false, true, op);
        } catch (InvocationTargetException e1) {
            throw new RuntimeException(e1);
        } 

Wizard.java:
  public IWizardContainer getContainer() {
        return container;
    }

-IWizardContainer is not implemented by \
org.apache.axis2.tool.codegen.eclipse.CodeGenWizard and should be
-reference a constructed class which already implements IWizardContainer such as \
WizardPropertyPage http://grepcode.com/file/repository.grepcode.com/java/eclipse.org/3 \
.4.2/org.eclipse.ui/workbench/3.4.2/org/eclipse/ui/preferences/WizardPropertyPage.java
