I couldn't understand if this issue is resolved... If not, try to
configure ospf using 'set protocol ospf area 0.0.0.0 interface
a.b.c.d' (basically using ip address configured on the interface
instead of interface name)... I faced a similar issue and that
configuration fixed the problem.
