When using characters between 0x0 and 0x20 the escaper should replace them to &#N \
                where N is the character

                 Key: JIBX-149
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JIBX-149
             Project: JiBX
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: JiBX 1.1
            Reporter: Jonathan Erlich
            Priority: Minor

When I'm trying to convert a string that contains the 0x1 character it gives me an \
error. It should convert it to &#1 as in the XML specification.
