Bottom graph shows a maximum of about 900 micro %, which is 9e-04% or
9e-06 (0.000009) The 800u means 800 micro and the units are in percent.

Top graph shows a maximum of 8.71kbps, which on a GigE interface
(1000000 kbps = 1000 Mbps = 1Gbps) is 8.71e06 or 0.00000871

So they are showing the same thing, your 8.71kbps is only 0.000871%
of a GigE interface.
