It was not a permissions issue, but a path issue to php.exe that got the rrd files \
created for me. I tracked it down by looking through the message threads in this \
mailing list. Now, the issue is that the RRD graphs don't show any statistics and the \
processes ran overnight. I will continue to see if I can find anything in the list \
archives, but any help is welcomed. I have confirmed that the SNMP mib that is used \
in JFFNMS works on the devices by using getif also. So, I know that there are actual \
utilization stats that should be being gathered.
