Hi,

PHP doesnt work right with the NET-SNMP package
distributed witth RedHat 8. (this is a PHP problem and
no fix yet)

To get SNMP working you need do download the RPMS for
php, php-snmp, php-*, apache, ucd-snmp-* from Redhat
7.3.

Please look in the archives..
