It looks like you're using incorrect credentials (login/password) to connect
to your LDAP server since OpenLDAP returns en error code 49 to your BIND
operation.
Make sure "cn=Manager" is the correct bind DN (it is typically "cn=Directory
Manager")
and check your password.
