Kevin,

I have also seen this behavior "out-of-the-box". Though I am not sure why it
happens, if you click stop or home after a moment, you will find that your
user has been added and everything is fine. In my case, I know email is not
working and that may account for the hang. Not sure this helps but wanted to
share the experience.

I have just installed Jetspeed and am trying to add a new user - it just
hangs.

Is there anything I have missed.

I've made the relevant changes to use my existing SMTP mailer (exchange5.5
