Don't you all might find this of interest.
Ive used the wizard a while back, but it looks like they've made some nice
improvements recently:

Many of you will already be using MoreOver news feeds - but
have you seen their new keyword search facility?

No longer are you restricted to their predetermined
categories, now you can create a custom newsfeed based on
one or more keywords. And once you have generated the code
for that, it's easy to identify the keyword, meaning you can
dynamically generate newsfeeds based on user input, page
content and so on.

... and with control over size, fonts, colors - the
javascript puts the content right on your page.
