Subject: [ jEdit-users ] Can Jump provide this functionality that Tags plugin provides?

I'm been evaluating both Jump and Tags and I found something in Tags that I
really like... Jump seems to only rely on the project you have set up, whereis
with Tags I can define a tags file outside of the project. At least that's how
it seems to be working for me. Is there a way to get Jump to use an actual tags
files vs using the one it creates for a project? The project one is often fine,
but in this case the project is actually a module or subset of a larger project
so I need to use a tags file that incorporates more than just the files in the
smaller project module I'm working on. The Tags plugin seems really awesome -
Slava you mentioned it wasn't being supported anymore so I hope you or someone
does continue work on it (I'd volunteer but I'm an idiot:)
