Is the buffer list ordered with the last viewed buffer on top?, because
currently if i open four buffers (1 then 2 then 3 then 4) and close 4 then 3 it
goes back to buffer 1, when it should really go back to 2.
Also if i open jedit with no previously open files so the only buffer is
Untitled-1 it won't let me open another new buffer until i edit Untitled-1. But
once i edit it i can add as many new buffers i want.
