No, but I've written a little Jython Macro which displays recent files
in a dialog box. You can find it here, if you're interested:

    http://www.rutherfurd.net/jEdit/macros/Recent_Files.py

Probably not the same, but it's there for anyone who wants it.

Note: You must have Jython Interpreter plugin installed.
