Hello everyone,

What is the policy to manage "outdated" tickets when no details provided so
there is no way to define the problem and creator has no interest in
resolving his issue?

I understand, that tickets can stay open for years if the problem is pretty
clear but no manpower to resolve. But what about the former case?
