Initial Comment:
If you have a lot of macros or a lot of macro folders, it was possible that the \
entire menu was not displayed on the screen. This is now fixed and there is a limit \
of 20 items then a submenu, like the Recent file menu

this is also acceptable in 4.3.x

I tried it out and don't like it. In my case, what it does is pick FOLDERS
instead of macros to put in the "more" menu.
Which means you gotta go another level to get to the actaul macros. It
should keep all folders at the top of the macro menu, as it currently is in
4.4.x, and only put individual macros into the "more" menu.
I can attach a screenshot if you like.
