Summary: GdbPlugin is active after "Quit" command

Initial Comment:
After debugging is stopped with "Quit" command the plugin still continues to pop \
messages near mouse pointer "Could not get value of: ..." - this also produce \
unnecessary slow down.

Would also be good aesthetically if it would stop spinning circle arrows in gdb \
console after quit.

It fix the first the first debugging session after. If the debugging is
started and stopped again, variable tips will continue to pop even after
"Quit"

The spinning circle is completely gone, even when the program is running.
It would be helpful if the plugin would spin it while the program is
running. But this certainly can be omitted if too much of a trouble.
