Summary: default.abbrevs missing [global]

Initial Comment:
Slava,

the default.abbrevs file in CVS, whilst now no longer
corrupted , ;) , is missing the [global] tag at the
top. This causes a NPE in Abbrevs.java when it loads
the file.

I would suggest the following change to the
loadAbbrevs(Reader _in) method (line 425 in my CVS image):

Hashtable currentAbbrevs = globalAbbrevs;

instead of initialising it to null. Whilst this makes
the assumption that abbreviations go into the global
collection unless otherwise stated, it does stop this
bug from happening again!
