Check out the org.gjt.sp.jedit.textarea.Gutter class
and search for 'bracketHighlight'. It's hard coded
for '{' --> '}' and '(' --> ')' right now.  Be neat if you
could extend that to other things.

Hello,
one highlight of jEdit (I don't know an other editor with this feature)
is the bracket matching scope indicator in the gutter. And even if the
beginning of the code block is not visible, the line of the code block
start is displayed in the StatusBar.

In my profession I'm working with a very old language (CHILL) which has
IF - FI or CASE - ESAC blocks.

Does anybody know if it possible to have the bracket matching scope
indicator feature for other block indicators ?
Or, which jEdit class provides this feature ?

Kind regards
Rudi
