Summary: perms changed over net file system saves

Initial Comment:
When jEdit saves files instead of overwriting the original file, it creates a \
temporary file, then copies the temp file over the original file. This changes the \
file permissions of the original file and can cause headaches in cases where you are \
working on a shell script and the permissions are constantly being changed back to a \
normal file every time you save changes.

My specific problem is happening over a samba connection. Other network file systems \
may apply.

Would you please consider adding an option to allow jEdit to overwrite the original \
file instead of creating a new file and then copying it into place?

I have added such an option to 4.0pre3.
