SideKick (#54) - Successful:

Changes for Build #54
[shlomy] Some fixes / updates to the user guide.

[shlomy] Toolbar: Added support for changing the "separate combobox for each level" \
option at runtime. Fixed a bug where the caret position was not updated in the \
combobox selection on start or when changing buffers.

[shlomy] Sidekick toolbar: Implemented 'split combo' mode, where there is a separate \
combo box for each level in the sidekick tree. The mode can be switched using the \
option pane ("use a separate combo-box ..."), but for now, requires a restart of the \
plugin.

[ezust] Was not initializing filter-visible checkbox properly before.
