howdy-

today, i have added three updated plugins to Plugin Central. also, Plugin
Central is now hosted on a different machine, under much less load. it should
be more responsive. let me know if you have any problems. report any problems
to the jEdit-users list.

* InfoViewer 0.5.4:  use jEdit icons; use new jEdit action API; use jEdit open
  file dialog; cleaned up option panes (only one pane again); bugfix: pressing
  enter on "Go to:" field didn't work; bugfix: now can use quotes in external
  browser command, ie. you can enter: "C:\Program Files\Internet
  Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" instead of: C:\\Program\ Files\\Internet\
  Explorer\\IEXPLORE.EXE; requires JDK 1.1, jEdit 3.0final, and EditBus 0.9.4

* BufferTabs 0.7.2:  BufferTabs has now a right-click popup menu with some
  useful actions (thanks to Joe Laffey); requires JDK 1.1 and jEdit 3.0final

* NetRexxJe 0.03:  added NetRexxC.jar to the distribution; added code to
  automatically set various paths; requires JDK 1.3, jEdit 2.6pre6, and EditBus
  0.9.4
