URLClassLoader does not support nested jars. Such a url ends up creating
a JarURLConnection from a nested url like:

jar:jar:file:/home/wburke/fragments/foo.jar!/jboss-ejb3x.jar!/

and this simply is not supported. I'm working on a VFSClassLoader that
does support this.
