RemoteDelivery handle the bounceprocessor if configured.
When RemoteDelivery FAIL the delivery of a message it put the mail in the
spool again but in the specified processor.
In that processor you should add your own storage mailet and the DSNBounce
that will create the actual (per RFC) DSN notification.
