Jsch supports tunnelling of connections via SOCKS or HTTP but the vfs implementation \
does not expose these parameters.

No current workaround other than to use the underlying jsch api directly :-(

Would consider submitting a patch for HTTP only if there isn't already work in \
progress on this ..
