Folks,

Now coded is class definition transport. It is configurable in that the 
coder can choose whether this generated class resides on the server or 
client side. It works, but when the class is transported the subsequent 
invocations are about 8% slower (discounting the time taken to transport 
the class). This is perhaps because I have the proxy impl in a seperate 
classloader when retrieved.
