We need CDRInputStream and CDROutputStream to implement the
ValueInputStream/ValueOutputStream interfaces to allow interoperability between
JBoss and most recent Glassfish versions that implement the RMI-IIOP stream
format version 2. AS JacORB doesn't currently support this stream version,
several errors are seen in the interoperability tests:
