Fix done my Nicolas (thanks). Now have two client side timeout policies

jacorb.client.pending_reply_timeout
jacorb.connection.client_idle_timeout

Setting the idel_timeout to zero sorts the problem. However problem can still
occurr if this is set. Real solution is to rework timeouts to allow for any
pending replies. Have decided that this is a post 1.4.1 enhancement.
