You need to download

http://download.jabber.org/contrib/xdb_sql-1.1.tar.gz

and follow the instructions.  If you have more detailed questions as you go
along, let me know, but I just started myself.

For now, I'm using a separate database for jabber, so that I don't step on
my current user system.
