Where can i find transport2etherx and etherx2ether2 protocols? Etherx2Etherx
protocol may be just a stream, and forwarding tags, but i guess the
transport2etherx has some initializing stuff.
Can anyone reply with an example etherx2etherx and transport2etherx
communication?

P.S: Etherx = router
P.S2: It seems lots of things changed since 0.9 release, but there's one
unchanged thing: still it's hard to find information on non-client protocols
