Major Changes: bug fixes, protocol stabilization (URI format and to/from
attributes), and etherx now works!

Planned For pre4: rosters, presence, memory/performance optimizations

NOTE: Client Authors, please check this version out, it is ready to be
developed and tested against.

There's always lots of activity going on "behind the scenes" here, if you
want to become more involved with the project in any way, find your team,
join their mailing list, and start asking questions!
