I can send this

<iq type='get' to='servername/admin'>
   <query xmlns='jabber:iq:browse'/>
</iq>

to get a list of online users. Some users who I have a presence 
subscription to and are offline are listed with no statistics. If they 
are offline why are they in the list. Does it mean they still have a 
session (stream was never closed, TCP socket still connected) but they 
have a presence of offline.
