I also agree they should be gotten rid of.  Let the admin deal with the
modules.  Some systems such as Debian can use custom perl packaging setups.  As
an admin, I'd rather have ispman use the system modules, since there is a built
in mechanism for upgrading a perl module.  It is more difficult with modules
integrated into ispman.  It also makes debugging easier for a user when there
are less actual files to trace through.

I'd recommend just a list of requirements and some instructions:
ispman requires Net::LDAP....
# perl -MCPAN -e 'shell'
cpan> install Net::LDAP
