I found that by using the Virtual Delivery Patch by www.ova.net located here
http://www.oav.net/vda/ I was able to add a Mailbox suffix. It made delivery
to Maildir by Postfix's 'Virtual' easiser. It also creates the Maildir for
me when an email is sent to a user so I don't have to worry about it.
