First you need to check if you host are ok.

So, go to admin interface and in System are check in host to you host 
configuration.

Each host need to have correct name,  on you box type: uname -n and get 
you server name to registry you server. I recomendo that you use a dns 
name, for you mail server you need to use a valid dns name.

Now, go to hostgroup and add you server for each group of service that 
you need to serve.

Ok, now go to console and restart you you agent, you need to do it for 
take new modifications.

Now, we need to check if ispman agent have all configuration right to 
work fine.

So:

/opt/ispman/bin/ispman.listVars | grep apache

To check if you apache vars (vhost.conf if right).

/opt/ispman/bin/ispman.listVars | grep named

To check you named configuration.


You can see some like this:
